I really like this venue, it's discreet, the decor is very tasteful, the atmosphere friendly and calm. All the staff are very courteous, patient and helpful, makes you feel relaxed and at home. Dr Julia Coelho is the most patient person, she kept distracting me from my nervousness, reassuring me and explaining every step of the way. So far, on day 2 I am seeing results. I can't tell you how highly I recommend this venue, after having used another venue that gave the surface appearance of professional glamour, but didn't deliver on the treatments, it was a real pleasure to find a highly professional business that does deliver. I believe this is a family business, something I'm more inclined to trust and it explains the impression that the staff really enjoy working here. Thank you ladies. I definitely recommend The Door W4.
