The staff at the Door was super friendly and helpful. Victoria was outstanding, I felt very welcomed and was guided throught every step of the procedure. I would be absolutely coming back.

I really want to gatekeep this place. I want it to be a secret, but The Door is too good to keep a secret. So I will only share with a few people. I had a wonderful facial with Victoria, and I loved it. It was like having ballet dancers on my face. Elegant and light and all the while, working magic on my face.

Very happy with the professionalism, care and service i received while visiting the dental practice, having had a bad experience in the past i put off going to see a dentist for five years. I was highly recommended to Dr Julia, I am based in cobham and drove over 1.5 hours to attend the clinic, An x-ray was taken of my teeth along with a 3D scan which i wasn’t expecting. Dr Julia & her dental assistant gave my teeth a thorough clean and clearly explained what was necessary. I found the whole experience very (dare i say) enjoyable. My teeth haven’t looked and felt this good in years and will be booking them in for further work needed in future. Thanks again for a fantastic job/experience.

Service was excellent and I was seen at my appointment time. Staff very friendly and welcoming. After my treatment I felt a little dizzy, no fault of the clinic, and the staff couldn’t have been more kind and caring.

I've had a fantastic experience at The Door W4. The facility itself is beautiful and inviting and in all of my visits and communications, the staff have all been super friendly and helpful. Prior to a fairly invasive treatment with Dr Julia Coelho, I was feeling quite anxious but she made the whole experience pleasant. Julia is extremely gentle, very empathetic and super reassuring. She's clearly thought through what the treatment experience is like for the patient and done everything possible to make it as pleasant as possible. It is too early to see the results, but one day after, the progress is exactly as I was told to expect. I feel confident that I have put myself in very competent hands and so I highly recommend Dr Julia and the rest of the team.
