As always, the atmosphere at The Door W4 feels like a sanctuary - from being greeted so warmly by reception to every tiny detail remembered by nurse Rochelle as she nurtures me in preparation for my procedure. Then being with Sarah and Rochelle having such an intimate treatment is like being with two ‘Healing Angels’ - they create such a safe space, hold my hand when necessary and go above and beyond to ensure I feel safe and cared for. I’m truly grateful.
