So happy we discovered The Door

I never thought it would be a pleasure to have dental work done until I went to Julia Coelho at The Door W4. She and her nurse Elena make it a comfortable experience and Julia's gentle skill is quite amazing. I am a delighted regular patient!

Very professional service. Had the 2nd of my Morpheus 8V on Tuesday and it is such a great procedure for anyone suffering from dryness in that area or the effects of lichen scholeosis. It has really improved my symptoms and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you Sarah Jenkins you are brilliant!

Friendly staff and a warm environment.

I was extremely anxious and low in mood and I felt that right from the time I arrived in Reception and offered a drink and a seat from a friendly person it helped. I felt similarly that Dr Sarah was very empathic and helpful, I felt safe. Dr Sarah described what she saw on examination and what we might do when I have improved in my mental state which seems eminently sensible. I wasn’t sure whether she had decided not to follow the original investigation plan (I think was emailed to me after the video appointment) which was what I was very keen to do before starting any physical treatments like O shot or fillers and I did ask about some investigations which Dr Sarah said she would request.

Dr Berridge was absolutely amazing, from the initial consultation she thoroughly Informed me of what the treatment process would be, plus any risk or complications that may occur so I felt completely informed enough about the process to give consent to my treatment, the treatment itself was pain free and the results are incredible. Dr Berridge is a perfectionist, so kind, knowledgeable and I knew I was in safe hands. I highly recommend Dr Berridge. Thank you for giving me my confidence back. Also thank you to all the staff and nurses at The Door W4 who were also very kind and attentive.

Julia was very professional and explained how she would remove the milia as I was concerned about scarring. The procedure went very well. Julia also explained the benefits of polynucleotide's for revitalizing dark circles under eyes. I felt reassured by her clear explanation and have booked to have the procedure done. Her bedside manner is also very good.

Thank you as always, for creating such a safe and supportive space.

What a beautiful and clean clinic with an amazing service received from start to end. I am having combined treatments with Dr Sarah Jenkins, such a great person to see and have your treatments done with, great knowledge and experience. She made me feel comfortable, was reassuring and also kept checking on how I was feeling throughout my treatment session. Highly recommend Dr Sarah for any women’s health concerns/treatments and Asthetics.
